What a year!
BACK TO OVERVIEW2025 was an eventful and fantastic year for us. It's not difficult to pick out a single highlight - in fact, it's impossible. So, before we look back on the moments that moved us the most, we would like to say a big thank you to our customers and fans, without whom the DOTZ adventure would not be half as much fun and would not even be possible.
Dynamic start to the season with the Sonoma
Our first serve was quite a force to be reckoned with! In the spring, the Sonoma, the first Flowforge-manufactured rim with ECE approval, made its debut in the DOTZ range.
The spectacular wheel, available in “bronze” and ‘dark’ color variants, is named after the picturesque Sonoma Raceway in the rolling dream landscape of Northern California and, thanks to its weight-reduced construction, fits perfectly with the racing theme. It is available in sizes from 8x19“ to 9.5x20”.
The wheel (almost) reinvented
With the relaunch of our 3D wheel configurator, we have made it even easier for you to try out your dream wheel on your car. Whether on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, simply select the vehicle brand, model, series, and engine type, and the configurator will display all DOTZ wheels that you can use on your vehicle with ABE or ECE approval.
Our database includes all our rims and well over 1,200 vehicles. To make your decision as easy as possible, our tool allows you to customize the car color, suspension height, and window tint to your vehicle for an extremely realistic representation, so you can immediately see how cool your car will look with our rims.
Tuning party at Lake Constance
At the beginning of May, we presented ourselves to 112,000 visitors at Lake Constance, and the Audi TT 8S we brought along, fitted with DOTZ Sonoma bronze 8.5x20 ET35 wheels, proved to be a real crowd-puller.
All visitors to our stand had the chance to win amazing prizes on the wheel of fortune, and those who couldn't make it to Lake Constance could try their luck on our social media channels or at least join us on our crazy journey to Lake Constance.
Toughe type
At DOTZ, we don't just know about stylish designs for the road, we also tackle tough jobs. That's why we are particularly proud to have launched the Talara in 2025. With a load capacity of up to 1400 kg in 8x18", it can easily handle real off-road giants such as the Ineos Grenadier or the Ford Ranger, and it also proves its worth on CUVs such as the Mercedes Sprinter or the Opel Movano, whether off-road or on asphalt.
Because the full-face rim is available in 8.0x17“ and 8.0x18” sizes and with 5- or 6-hole connections, it fits an extremely wide range of heavy-duty vehicles. And in bronze matt or black matt finishes, it will make many of you happy.
In close contact with off-road fans
Visiting Abenteuer Allrad is a matter of course for DOTZ, because this mecca for adventurers, globetrotters, and off-road enthusiasts is a great opportunity for us to get to know you personally and have exciting conversations.
With the Hymer Free S 600, which showcased our new, extremely durable Talara in a bronze finish, we had an eye-catcher at our stand that attracted many curious visitors and drew attention to our strong off-road rims. For all those who couldn't make it to Bad Kissingen, we shared lots of entertaining and informative content on our social media channels.
Shooting Stars
Of course, we also produced numerous photo shoots with your community cars in 2025. And when the M3 Competition Touring pulled up in Sonoma dark, there was no stopping us. The asymmetrical V-spoke rim with aeroring and undercut is the epitome of dynamism and sportiness, and because the rim is manufactured using the Flowforge process, it saves around 800 grams per wheel compared to a conventional alloy rim.
This makes the Sonoma, in the dimensions 9.5x20 ET20 (265/30) on the front axle and 10.5x21 ET20 (295/25) on the rear axle, the perfect choice for the staggered fitment of the 530 hp high-performance station wagon from Munich.
Timeless Design. Endless Possibilities.
We also had a lot of fun with our DOTZ Bilbao in 2025: this cross-spoke rim has a retro look and is technically state-of-the-art. Thanks to the numerous dimensions from 7x17“ to 9x20” and the 4- or 5-hole connection, it can be combined with a wide variety of vehicles, from youngtimers to modern daily drivers.
Put them on your BMW E30 in the silver “blaze” finish and take a trip back in time to the era of coolness, or opt for the high-contrast “dark” version in gunmetal paint – whatever you decide, a cross-spoke rim never goes out of style.
Christmas gifts
At the end of the year, we also had our traditional Online-Advent Calendar in 2025, where we raffled off one of 24 great prizes every day among all participants. It was our way of saying thank you at the end of a great year – to our customers and the fans in our community.
2025 was a successful year for DOTZ, full of wonderful and memorable moments. We look back with gratitude and satisfaction and will carry this momentum into the coming year, in which we want to continue to really step on the gas for you.
