The DOTZ 3D configurator displays the rims in photo-realistic quality. A new interface containing a variety of important information – not only about rims, but also tyres and tyre pressure monitoring sensors (TPMS) – shows what users need to know, at a glance.

The 3D configurator also offers the possibility to rotate the selected car freely around its own axis in a 360-degree panoramic view. Furthermore, users can now find the ideal rim even faster. With the RECOMMENDED filter, the selection is 100 % technically approved, requires no body works and is perfectly suited for the respective car. In addition to this, the technically matching tyres including the respective certificate (VTA, ECE) are displayed.

For individualists, the car-specific wheels mode is just the right thing, displaying rims that have been developed especially for the selected car. When using these rims, no centring rings are required for installations. The refurbished wishlist function allows for saving one’s own configurations with a click and retrieving them again in future visits. With the “share” function, the selection can be made public via social media.

Moreover, in the new configurator DOTZ offers a 100 % technically approved recommendation for TPMS sensors matching the respective car.
