The past days were as always under the spell of 3 letters - GTI and as usual DOTZ was inside, not only near by.
The incomparable European tuning event at the Austrian Wörthersee again lured more than 100,000 visitors this year. And these are just the official figures because unofficially many GTI enthusiasts are attracted to the lake already the weeks before. In total 5706 vehicles were participating this year. Next to a Jubilee Golf, the GTI Club Sport version, which will from 2016 reach serial production stage was an enormous Audi TT Clubsport Turbo with 600 hp shown. It is self-explanatory that all the parts were only from the best materials.
DOTZ Wheels belong to the Wörthersee mega event like golf ball gear sticks into a 1. Generation Golf GTI! On the occasion of the 34th edition of the probably most famous tuning event, we asked two tuning beauties from the Volkswagen Group to join us there: an extremely cool SEAT Leon by Rieger Tuning on DOTZ Kendo. Presented on a coilover from KW in stainless steel and a Remus sport exhaust with central tailpipes. Second in the league was a racy Audi RS5 Coupé 4.2 FSI quattro with 450 hp. And of course in our crew, we had plenty of jaunty girls at the start - including and two hot ladies who have received a second skin from airbrush icon Peter Riedel.
If you could not make it there this year, you should at least put a “Save the Date” in your calendar: 4 to 7 May 2016 - we will be back again.
