Five of eight races of the King of Europe-2015 season are completed, the overall ranking promises to be exciting for the last three events in Spain and Slovakia. But first things first.

Opening of the European drift season was early June in France. Kerenyi had to park his car in the garage due to an engine failure

The victory went to Slovakian Norbert Kovacik with his BMW M6 V10 ahead of Italian Amerigo Monteverde.

The drift community then went to Poland, where the Pro Series race was counted simultaneously to the King of Touge. While Kerenyi was not there due to ongoing, local hero Jakub Przygonski took the victory with his Toyota 86 with Supra engine and more than 1,000 hp.

Second place went to Hungarian Szilveszter György in a Nissan RPS13.5 with a 2JZ-engine.

Third station of the King of Europe was Austrian Greinbach at the end of July, where, like every year, numerous drift fans took care of a pleasant atmosphere.

While Adam Kerenyi reports back with a Top 16 placement, another DOTZ teamrider jumping in with a leading position:...

...Alois Pamper fetches a sensational 3rd place with his BMW M3 GTR.

Winner in Greinbach was Adam Frank. The Israeli, who always showed a strong performance in recent years, but has been repeatedly slowed down by problems with his car, shows a strong continuity at a high level with his 800hp-car and ...

... took the third race of the series in the final against Italian Cristian Martelli.

For the fourth station, the drift community embarked to reach Lydden Hill, UK. And Adam Kerenyi showed that he was fully back. In a very close semifinal fight the Hungarian got the victory over Adam Frank with a 5:5 and a 6:4.

Second finalist in England was local hero Mike Marshall with a BMW E92 M3, which is powered by a 2JZ engine with around 600hp.

In the finals battle Kerenyi won against Marshall and grabbed himself a new trophy…

..exactly one year after his last King of Europe-win.

On August 23, Hungarian Tököl hosted the fifth race of the King of Europe 2015. Calin Ciortan reported back. The Romanian eliminated in the second knockout stage Norbert Kovacik and in the third Szilveszter György and ended up in fourth place.

Since Adam Frank suffered an engine failure in the qualification and retired with a drift school car in the first battle round, the way was prepared for Adam Kerenyi to catch up in the overall standings.
And the DOTZ teamrider made no mistake and took the 120 points in Tököl. Second was Amerigo Monteverde, third the German Alex Gräff. In the overall standings Frank (413 points) is in front of György (383) and Kovacik (379). Kerenyi has caught up with the second victory in a row and is with 350 points now just behind the top trio. These four will make up the King of Europe title 2015 with each other.

Also still in the title-race is Karolina Pilarczyk. The Polish Dotz teamrider is second only to Irish Danielle Murphy in the Queen of Europe-ranking.
Hungary was not only for Kerenyi himself but also for the Dotz driftteam a great patch: the squad with Kerenyi, Pilaczyk and Pamper won classification and thus valuable points for the overall standings in the team ranking.
