BACK TO OVERVIEWThe "Show your SKILL" event at the Austrian town of Greinbach gave motorsports fans the opportunity to show off and prove their SKILLZ, with regard to their driving abilities, in a number of different areas. We were right there on the spot, together with our friends from Green Door Garage.
Three different competitions resulted in a versatile hybrid event. The Drag Race covered a distance of roughly 170 m, testing the ability to accelerate a car as optimally as possible. The so-called Time Attack was performed on the PS Racing Center’s infield. On a selective, roughly 1 km long asphalt track the drivers were required to choose the perfect racing line. It goes without saying that Green Door Garage opted for the drift line, choosing to ride the race not in competition and yet providing all the more action and sensation among the audience as well as the “line pilots”.
To round it all off, the competition couldn’t do without the style factor. The evaluation took into account the overall image of driver, car and paddock appearance. We came first, by the way.
