Wisefab for our DD2.JZ
BACK TO OVERVIEWIn our already 26th episode, the two car enthusiasts Christian and Daniel install a Wisefab kit in our DD2.JZ. These new suspension arms and knuckle parts enable even wider drift angles.
In addition to the front kit, Christian also ordered all parts for the rear. On top of improved adjustment options for camber and castor as well as wider steering lock, all axle bearings are uniball bearings, promising enhanced precision driving.
Christian’s expression says more than a thousand words. The deinstallation of the original parts proves highly troublesome. All screw joints on the BMW Z4 have gotten very rusted over the years. After de-installing the original parts, Daniel places them side by side the Wisefab parts. Here, you can see the direct comparison of the front suspension arms.
The Wisefab kit is installed in no time.
The wider steering lock is instantly noticeable. The front wheels are now much more angular as compared to the production standard. We can’t wait to see the first test drive!
