The perfect placement of the two radiators in the BMW Z4 front requires, guess what, another customised solution. Here, Christian is fitting the front sheet, which allows him to install the radiator tubes in the best possible position.
The idea to mount additional sensors on the radiator tubes brings many advantages. Being able to control water temperature and water pressure helps optimally in preventing any damages to the engine.
In order to install the intercooler pipes expertly, Daniel has carried a special flaring tool from his own workshop.
After a busy day, the water radiator and the intercooler fit perfectly into the front of the Z4. Today, we’ve taken a big step towards completion. In the next episode, we will show you how Daniel and Christian are slowly putting together the DD2.JZ back to being a presentable car again. We’re excited!
