Bilsport Performance & Custom Motor Show 2019
BACK TO OVERVIEWJönköping offered mean machines, awesome cars, unique trucks as well as roughly 240 top-class exhibitors, with the DOTZ DD2.JZ right in the thick of it. The nearly 80,000 visitors from all over the world got to see wicked designs, plenty of horsepower and tuning specials at their finest spread over four exhibition halls.
It was worthwhile to take a glance below the bonnet in Hall A where cool trends and technical gimmickry were waiting to be explored. Nothing is impossible, so sometimes even a transformer may walk past you. Crazy modifications, transformations and variations with brand-new gadgets did not fail to impress visitors.
In Hall B you could stroll across a racetrack for a reason, with the keywords being racing, speed and look, and a line-up of top companies from tuning, styling and equipment lit up many faces.
The motto in Hall C was “Back to the Roots” as classic models were trying to outshine each other. Vintage vehicles in all variations from motorbikes to vans, whether European or American, had one thing in common – old fashion style. An American vibe was dominating Hall D since Swedes love muscle cars and hot rods, and what they do with them is absolutely spectacular. Bikes and cars made extravagant appearances here alongside well-known U.S. characters such as Aaron Kaufman and Ken Block. Together with the Hotrod Hangar, DOTZ was present with the DD2.JZ which perfectly fit the display of U.S. cult cars.
Things were taking off outside as well – drift shows, stunts and hot tyres provided plenty of action and good vibes… But let’s have the pictures speak for themselves…
