Nothing’s ever good enough for the perfectionist.
The moped was his first “victim”. The desire for more performance, a father who lent a helping hand – and Sebastian was hooked to discovering the possibilities in modifying a set of wheels.
Equipped with a perfectionist vein, he started to rework not only performance but also looks, since the overall package mattered to him.
Sebastian entered the tuning scene with his first show car, a completely modified Opel Calibra. Thanks to Peter Riedel’s eye-catching airbrushing, the Opel made heads turn at exhibitions and tuning meets. Eventually, Jörg Altreuther introduced him to the DOTZ team, which was love at first sight. Ever since then, Sebastian and his girlfriend, Katrin Jörg, have been part of the DOTZ family, allowing them to pursue their passion for tuning together.
306hp work in the original-335 from BMW. This black mamba appears even much more toxic. A 2007 335i E92 was the object of tuning desire for Dotz teamrider Sebastian Edelhäuser. The 400Nm in the 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection and twin turbo take care - in spite of the 1.6 tons - of a remarkable advance in the Bavarian. The Burger Motorsports JB4 methanol injection provides the elegant Coupe Edelhäusers even with a bit more speed: 360 hp could be teased out of the engine. With an Ap coilover the bullet remains on the street. The individual height and thickness adjustment provides a better handling.
